This demonstration shows what a doctor or other healthcare provider would see with a typical electronic health information exchange product. This shows the look and feel of an electronic health record and provides a safe, secure and timely view of your patient’s electronic health information. This system is also sometimes referred to as a provider portal, a dashboard or an EMR lite. It is a secure, web-based patient-centered view into the medical record. This demonstration is not based on any commercial product but instead is a mock-up of typical features. This is to give you an idea of how easy it is to interact with an EMR/EHR, access more complete patient information and realize improvements to quality of care.
